Fluize Points Program Rules
Version 2.0 · effective from 2026-10-25
At a glance
- You earn points only by spreading the word to people you know and by helping us find problems. Never for studying, getting answers right or coming back every day. There's no leaderboard.
- 25 points unlock a level (Beginner 1, 2 or 3 of one language).
- Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are lost if the account is deleted.
- You send the invitation, to people you know, once, saying that you earn points. Fluize never writes to the people you invite.
- Only people 18 and over take part in referrals.
- Fraud means points are reversed; before any serious step, a person on our team reviews it and you can explain.
1. Who can take part
- Every account gets a personal invite code, created automatically. If you created your account through an invite link, the referral is recorded at sign-up.
- If you don't want to take part, don't share your code; and if you don't want your sign-up to count as someone's referral, write to [email protected] and our team will undo it.
- Every account can earn points for reports.
- Only people 18 and over take part in referrals: both the person inviting and the person joining must have declared they are 18 or older.
- The program may be switched off; when it is, the points screen says "coming soon" and nothing is earned or redeemed.
2. How you earn
| Action | Points | When they become available | Limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Referral: someone creates an account with your link or code | +1 for you | once they confirm their email and study on 2 different days; after that, they stay pending for 7 days | 10 a month |
| Welcome: you created your account with someone's link or code | +2 for you | same as a referral | once |
| Report: you tell us about audio that doesn't play, doesn't match the sentence or sounds bad, or about a mistake in the text | +1 | when the team accepts the report or the item is fixed | 5 a day and 10 a month; one per item |
| Audio fixed: the audio you reported was re-recorded and the new version is live | +2 extra | when the new version goes live | together with the +1 for the same report |
- Referrals in detail: the code must be entered within the first 24 hours of the new account; each account can have only one referral; the 2 days of study are days on which our server delivered course content to the account. If you've already received 10 referral points this month, the person who joined still gets their 2 welcome points.
- Reports in detail: the point counts only if the report was within the limit when you made it. Past the limit, you can keep reporting: we fix things just the same, it just doesn't earn a point. A rejected report earns nothing. You can follow each one in Account → Points → My reports.
- Audio fixed, in detail: the +2 go to whoever reported the audio before it joined the re-recording batch, within the limit, and whose +1 wasn't reversed. Team members don't get it. This bonus can be switched off with the notice in section 6.
- Pending points show in Account → Points with the expected date, but can't be redeemed yet.
- Our team can grant or correct points (courtesy, campaigns, corrections). Every adjustment has a recorded reason and appears in your statement as a "team adjustment".
3. How you redeem
- 25 points = 1 level (Beginner 1, 2 or 3 of one language), unlocked in your account for as long as Fluize operates, under the Terms of Use.
- Only available points can be redeemed. You confirm before redeeming.
- You can't redeem points for a level you already have.
4. What points are not
- They have no cash value, can't be converted to money and aren't refunded in cash.
- They can't be transferred to another account or sold.
- They don't expire in this version of the program.
- If the account is deleted, the points are lost.
5. Fraud and reversals
- Fake accounts, disposable emails, self-referral, repeated false reports or any attempt to game the program lead to points being reversed.
- If reversed points were already redeemed, the balance goes negative and blocks new redemptions until it recovers. In serious fraud, the level unlocked with those points may be removed and the account closed (see the Terms of Use, section 15).
- The system only alerts our team to fraud signals: many referrals within 24 hours, several referred accounts from the same network or device, referred people who don't study within 7 days, repeated rejected reports. Many referrals from the same network (a school, for example) are normal: they get a review, never an automatic block. Reversals are always made by a person on our team, with the reason recorded.
- Before reversing points for fraud, we tell you why and you can explain within 14 days at [email protected]. A person on our team reviews it.
- Every points movement is recorded in a ledger that can't be deleted or edited: a correction is always a new entry. You can see your full statement in Account.
6. Changes to the program
- Values and rules may change with 30 days' notice by email and in the app.
- A change never removes points that are already available or levels already unlocked.
- If the program ends, you'll have at least 30 days after the notice to redeem your available points.
7. Inviting someone: rules for referrers
Fluize never sends messages to the people you refer. You send them, from your own WhatsApp, email or social account. So:
- Only send to family and friends you talk to. Don't send to strangers, to colleagues you aren't friends with, bought lists or large groups of people you don't know.
- Identify yourself: the message goes out in your name, and the person needs to know it's you.
- Say that you earn points if they join through your link. The app's ready-made text already does. If you share only the link ("copy link" or LinkedIn), add that notice yourself.
- Don't promise what the course doesn't: no fluency by a set date, no guaranteed results, no free access to everything. Fluize doesn't promise fluency.
- One message only. If the person doesn't reply or asks you to stop, don't insist.
- Don't send invitations to children or anyone under 18.
- Don't run paid ads using the Fluize or LearningFromAI name to promote your code.
In Canada, the anti-spam law (CASL) applies to commercial electronic messages. A personal message to a family member, or to a friend you have a personal relationship with and real two-way conversations with, falls outside that law's requirements; messages to strangers, business-only contacts or in bulk don't. If you break these rules, we may reverse the points earned from those messages and end your participation in the program.
In Quebec, referrals stay closed until these rules are available in French.
7.1 The app's ready-made text
This is the text the app prepares for WhatsApp, email and sharing, with the name of the language you study in place of [the language] (you can edit it, as long as you keep the points notice):
Hi! I'm studying [the language] with Fluize: short scenes, audio with synthetic voices, and the grammar explained in English. You can study one level for free. Full disclosure: if you sign up through my link and study, I get 1 point in Fluize's points program and you get 2. [your link]
On LinkedIn, which accepts only a link, the app copies this text before opening the page: paste it into your post. The LinkedIn button stays, because the notice goes with the text you paste.
8. Program data
The program uses your personal code, who invited whom, the channel of the invitation (link, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn…), origin markers (of the network and of a random device identifier, kept only as keyed digests and deleted after 90 days) and the points ledger. Retention periods and your rights are in the Privacy Policy.
